In light of recent information released from the Federal and NSW Government regarding Covid-19, Active Opportunities will be moving forward with precautionary measures, in order to take a pro-active approach in mitigating and containing the impact of this pandemic, by postponing all programs for the remainder of Term 1.
Many of our participants are from multiple schools and therefore create a high-risk environment. Coupled with the ‘hands-on’ approach of the sessions we believe it is in the best interests of participants, families and our volunteers to postpone the program until Term 2.
We apologise for the inconvenience this may cause, however, as you would agree, we must prioritise the safety of all participants, families and volunteers to help minimize the risk of spreading the virus.
